Did you do it as a double close or as an assignment? What title company did you use?

Houston is about to be a major buyers market. I am in the oil and gas industry and it is drying up quick. All of the major oil companies will be doing some major layoffs soon. I give it 3-9 months and there will be tons of deals in Houston to be made.

Interesting. Have you gone to the county assessors site to see what it is classified as? That might be your best bet.

I have already noticed I spend less time on BP. What time I do spend here is now blogging and not on the forums. Still get a headache using the new site.
There are some things I do like, but not enough to spend anymore time than necessary on here.

Based on the need to be helpful. Here is a screenshot of what I'm seeing. It's the old forum and new forum. Maybe a glitch?

It's almost like there's too much space between lines and words. And the font is too thin maybe? Can't quite place the issue. It's like it's right on the tip of my tongue.

Format is weird. Looks off on my safari browser. Text is large and things don't fit properly. Makes it hard to read.

To me it would depend on the numbers. The HML would be more of a monthly payment and you'll need to hold on 6-12 months before refinancing to season the loan in most cases. Path of least resistance is great, but as an investor, it's about the money and profits.

How about a way fro Pro members to save links in BP. I see market place posts all the time that I want to save for later.
