Finding property owners

I'm looking at a potential property. I know that the owner passed away and left it to daughters that live out of state. The man who passed was a hoarder and the house is destroyed. It has potential to be a nice flip because of the houses/market it's in but I don't know how to get in touch with the family to potentially offer on it. Any ideas?

The mail should be going somewhere whether someone is picking it up or it is being forwarded to an attorney or family member.  Go ahead and mail to the last known address, which you can find on the counties tax assessor site.
