I'm looking at a potential property. I know that the owner passed away and left it to daughters that live out of state. The man who passed was a hoarder and the house is destroyed. It has potential to be a nice flip because of the houses/market it's in but I don't know how to get in touch with the family to potentially offer on it. Any ideas?

Well, maybe not self-made yet but I'm definitely learning as much as I can to get to that point! My name is Mike Higginbotham. I'm in full-time children's ministry and although my job is very rewarding, I would definitely like to start getting to that passive income level sooner rather than later. I will be 42 years old in April and my goal is to to make my first million by the time I'm 60. So far, this is not going well and I'll need to start making some serious decisions regarding my and my family's future. I am virtually  debt free except for our mortgage so I am way ahead of the game in some arenas.

Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself. Thanks in advance for all of your guidance and wisdom to come!
