Sacramento area agent!

Hello BP family,

I'm looking for an agent in the Sacramento area who specializes with investors. Someone that is very familiar with the neighborhoods and rents in the area.  I am looking to purchase a sfr or a non commercial multi family property. 

I currently live in San Jose but I am not opposed to relocating to the Sacramento area. 

If you know someone who you've worked with or someone you'd like to recommend please send them my way. I still can't get over the fact that this site exists. Such an incredible resource.  Thank you in advance!
