I just moved to Los Angeles and what are some ways you guys have found investors for properties over 1 million dollars in value. I just got back into wholesale after a few years  so I’m a bit rusty. Any advice you may have about working in California, lead gen, finding investors, etc is greatly appreciated.

@Daniel Smith  Welcome to LA.  There are a number of BP groups around.  I am near South LA (USC area) and there is a South LA BP group that meets monthly.  (Usually the 3rd Saturday (but delayed because of Easter))
