Investing Long Distance

Hello all, My name is Marco and I am new to investing in real estate. I've been meaning to do this a long time ago but I didn't think I was ready yet. but now I think I am ready. (kinda)

You see I live in Brooklyn and the market here is too much for me. I have about 15k to invest so I was trying to find a market that has good cash flow and close to my budget. It was getting really hard for me to decide but eventually I decided to with Kansas city, Mo. but now Im having a hard time choosing a neighborhood.

so if anyone has some advice that would be great Thanks.

@Marco AlaimoYou can look into the city named Raytown or Independence. With 15k you can buy a property at 75k or less with 20% down. If you look hard enough, you can find homes at 75k or less that should rent for $850.0 per month or more. Just an fyi, the hood zip codes are 64127,64128 where you can buy at 50k or less but higher turnover rate with tenants.
