Im looking for advice on how I should approach my second home. I own one house now that is being rented out. I’m currently living at a family’s member house looking to move into a second house. My problem is I don’t have enough money for a down payment. I’m curious to know what you all would do in my position getting into that next house. Any advice would be very helpful.

@Yuhei Kato you're probably not going to like my answer but if you already own one home and don't have the money for a down payment you need to tighten up your finances and save one up
