Hello All!  I am new to the forum and the search I did regarding NJ mentors were outdated.  I have read through all the available material on the site.  I've read The ABC's of Real Estate Investing by Ken McEllroy, What Every Real Estate Investors Need to Know about Cash Flow by Frank Gallinelli, Think and Grow Rich, and almost done with Rich Dad, Poor Dad. 

I currently feel like I am stuck in "Analysis Paralysis" and need someone to talk to to help me with the next action step.  

I'm interested in Rental Properties, Notes, and REITs.  I'm looking to take the first step to build monthly income.
