Newbie in New Orleans looking for networking. I've been researching for about a year now and want to start moving forward. If anyone is interested in doing meetups, online or in small groups, lets talk.

Same. I’ve visited a few places, gotten pre-approved, and doing numbers on properties daily. If you guys set something up online I would love to participate!

Love to see y'all getting ready to make moves. NOREIA and Northshore REIA are doing virtual meetups at the moment and will start in person again when conditions allow. They are worth attending.

@Stephen Keighery Thank you for the invite and add. I will check it out for sure.
@Joshua Eugene Also thanks for the add. Good stuff, keep it up. I been doing the same and lots of youtube videos that brought me to biggeockets.

Mike Watson checking in.
@Minh Trinh @Joshua Eugene @Gilbert Jagot keep me posted if you all hear about anything in the New Orleans area. Or if you guys want to hop on a zoom to discuss starting out/growing pains. I have heard that talking to people is rule number one in real estate.
I'm also new to BP. Do you all recommend going pro?

@Michael Watson I will keep you posted. I just sign up a week ago so i am still playing with it. Its nice to have unlimited use of the rental calculator.

@Minh Trinh that's mostly what I'd be paying for. And I have spreadsheets that I use to estimate deals but the print outs are formatted perfectly for presentation.
That and the badge so people in the forums know I'm serious. Haha.

@Michael Watson its nice to have it unlimited. just imagine you seeing a potential investment and not available to use the calculator lol. i don't like that feeling. I don't have a spreedsheet so i have to pay for one.
