I just relocated to Columbus Ohio. looking to buy my first investment property by the end of this year. I am super nervous. Any advice as to where to start? I have about 50k saved for downpayment?

 I recommend you reach out to a local lender to get pre-approved. @Chris Wharton should be able to help you with that.

Then you need to reach out to a Realtor to help you with your home search in Columbus, Ohio.
