Recommendations - For Sale By Owner MLS Listing

I am looking to sell a Garland, Texas home that my business partner and I have rehabbed. Does anyone have any experience with a broker that does MLS listings for sale by owner that they would recommend? Thank you!

Google “flat fee mls” and your city / state.  We list in our area for $150.  There is a small fee the buyer’s agent pays when it sells (but for us it’s $150 flat).
