Since I'm new to the business, i'd like to know what's considered a jerk move when dealing with Real Estate Agents. Is it ok to work with several agents on finding an investment property? How low can I go from the asking price? Any advice and tips will help

If you want to go that route you are better off dealing directly with the listing agent.

Focus on building a team.  Find an agent that does and has what you want.

You want a winery?  Take advice from a wine market not a wine taster.
