Experience as Investor-friendly Real Estate Agent

Hello everyone,

I started studying for my Florida real estate license and plan to specialize in assisting primarily Investors. Wanted to know your experience/successes in this niche- good, bad, etc.

Investors: what does your ideal REI friendly agent require?

Agents: what lessons learned can be taught from your experience to provide the best service?

Thanks,

Dorcas Wood

As an agent you have to be willing to coach/mentor investors and just tell them when the deal doesn't make sense. Don't sell them something you actually don't believe in.

Also protect your TIME. Investors have to come prepared with financials. YOUR TIME is the most important thing you have. So make sure you spend it on the right investor.
