@Joel OwensMy primary reason to get my R/E license is to have access to the MLS as a real estate investor. I also know that the license will help me generate income between projects. And I want to be a resource for investors and specialize in helping investors find properties and sell them.

I just started studying for the Florida real estate exam and I was wondering how much does it cost to register foe the MLS in Florida? What are the fees real estate agents have to keep up with monthly?
