Thanks Andrew. I'll make sure to stay engaged and learn from the forums and webinars! Maybe you can give me a real estate investor's outlook as it pertains to South or Central Florida. I am still researching my market and I love the homes out there in central Florida. Which would be better for a first time real estate investment?

Hi everyone, my name is Dorcas Wood and I've been in Telecommunications for about 18 years. I live in South Florida and love our little tropical paradise even though it's 48 degrees right now ;-)It's a new year and I'm going for my dream of real estate investing. I am looking forward to learning as much as I can and becoming successful and networking with you all.
