Expectations for small MF (2-4) in Phoenix
I'd like to know the common practices for small multi-family unit viewings in Phoenix from both investors and agents. Particularly I'd like to know how common it is regarding seeing a property before submitting an offer. I understand you have to account for tenants rights.

@Account ClosedI wish I knew you wanted a 4plex. I just found one 10 days ago for 328k that was 2br units and can be rented at $750.0 per month. It just went pending though. It is close to Garfield ave.
