Need a recommendation of listing broker in MA and RI
Hello. We are foreclosing on two properties and need a broker/agent who can do BPO for us. Broker will list the properties for us after we conduct the foreclosure sale. Need a broker who can do a BPO without getting inside of the properties because they are occupied, but must include pictures of the front and back of the property and realistic price that the properties will sell for within 30 days. BPO must be done within 24 hours and we will pay for it. The lower the price-the better for us. Zip codes where we need BPOs done in RI 02806 and MA 02301.
