General Help, Starting Out.

Hello, I am Anthony Bernabei. I currently reside near Canton, Ohio. After putting aside my dream for the past 5 years, I have found myself ready to move on with my life goals and plan. To become a real estate agent. With my work ethic and personal wit, after all said and done, without to much explanation here, I think I could do amazing in this field and I love the grand picture of the profession. Only 20 years old, I hope to make a lot of progress, not only providing my RE agent skills, but as an investor as well. So, what I have concern with- that hopefully someone in the vicinity of the issue can aid me. To you taking the time to read this an assist, Thank-you.

I want to be an agent, and know the foundation requirements to do so. That is, classes, testing, finger printing, etc...

However, I am moving to the Orlando area of Florida and escaping my life here in Ohio, for better I foresee. If you could, recommend me a school in that area that you know is quality and reliable. I am leaving my job as an electrician to do this. I don't want to get stuck here forever in a job I hate. I am willing to do whatever it takes when I arrive to my apartment in Orlando and want to hit the ground running - hard. When i complete my classes and such, whether I work two jobs to make it by when I arrive there, is of no concern to me. I want to put the blood and sweat in - and certainly will.

All-in-all, I am seeking general advice from someone who lives there and can point me in a helpful direction. Perhaps I am over thinking it all, and will gain more knowledge when I get there.

Warmest Blessings,

@Anthony Bernabei , hope the best on your new life, Florida is the paradise for me and my family, )I used to life in Cleveland and DC area) if you want to be an agent, you need to start meeting people, take the RE class in a local community college, also Orlando has a Great REIA that you can go and learn, good luck
