Habits of Successful Agents

Hey guys,

So for those who didn't know, I passed my test and decided to hang my license with Keller Williams. All I am waiting for now is my license application to get approved. Until then I've been doing what I can without a license, like purchasing business cards and that stuff. I am going to Florida for a week on Monday and everything should be set when I get back. KW provides a lot of training in tools that keep me busy, but what I want to know is what are the habits of some of you successful agents? How does a typical day go for you guys and what advice do you have for a newbie? I have spent a lot of time and energy trying to get to this point and want to really hit the ground running. Any advice is welcome.

Also if you guys got any books, podcasts, that sort of thing to recommend drop them here as well!

Thanks!

To begin spend 50% of your day learning how to be an agent and training. Send the other 50% of the day on lead generation. Good agents spend 2 to 3 hours a day on lead generation.
