- Got engaged

- Got a new job with a significant pay bump and way more time off

- Refinanced my primary residence and shaved over 250 off the monthly overhead

- Ran my first marathon, and through the mountains of Steamboat, Colorado at that

- Rescued a puppy

I was recently denied a HELOC from not having a "seasoned" mortgage on a property I've owned about 18 months which I found odd.

I would pay off all of the debt, take a few months off and go have some fun with some of what's left over, then come back and hit the ground running.
