@Jared Smith feel free to reach out. I am an investor and the business developer for a property management company. I would also recommend checking out the Facebook Group: Indianapolis Out of State Investors. It's a closed group so Ernesto will have to accept/approve your request. There are over 100 new and active OOS investors there and a few dozen Indianapolis Real Estate Professionals and Providers educating, engaging, contributing, and collaborating there. Most of them are BP members as well. Really great place to meet others already doing similar things to what you are wanting to do.
