I am looking for great property manager recommendations? I currently have 2 properties in Memphis and have been having so many issues with my current property management company.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks Dustin for that insight! Is there a name for that form by chance? I want to try that route for sure and would love to point right to that for my lender.

Thank you Buddy!
My agreement states I have up to 3 days to "make application for the loan"
So you are suggesting to just simply ask the seller to push everything back a bit until I close on the other property?

I just found out my offer has been accepted on a property that I offered on like a month and a half ago. I'm excited, however I am already under contract for an other property and won't close for another 2 weeks. Using Conventional financing.
Any ideas on what I can do? If I recall, you cannot have 2 conventional loans under contract at the same time.

So is that the courts just aren't looking into these evictions then? Per the CDC guidelines it states:
https://www.cdc.gov/coronaviru...
Can I still be evicted for reasons other than not paying full rent?
Yes, you may still be evicted for reasons other than not paying full rent or making a full housing
payment. The Order does not prevent you from being evicted for
(1) engaging in criminal activity while on the premises;
(2) threatening the health or safety of other residents;
(3) damaging or posing an immediate and significant risk of damage to property;
(4) violating any applicable building code, health ordinance, or similar regulation relating to
health and safety; or
5
(5) violating any other contractual obligation of a tenant’s lease, other than the timely payment
of rent or similar housing-related payment (including nonpayment or late payment of any
fees, penalties, or interest)

I know this thread is 4 years old but I thought it would hurt to jump on now. :) I currently own two 4plex properties outside of Indy as well as a duplex. Have decided to try up north and found Fort Wayne. I would love to connect and learn more about Fort Wayne. I have 2 calls scheduled tomorrow with a couple different PM companies in Fort Wayne as well as a meeting with an agent I found on Facebook and a Credit Union. Thanks and hope to hear from ya'll soon!

I am wanting to continue to put offers in on deals but want to know what others are doing to protect themselves if an appraisal or an inspection is delayed due to the restrictions of Covid-19?
