What did you learn from 2020 to take into your business next year? For me - it was developing the habit of time blocking and being more productive and purposeful with my time.

Delegating responsibilities. I finally have a full staff with what appears to be the right people in place. I am handing things off to them so I can focus on business development instead of day-to-day issues.
