How does the conversation go between Lender and customer when asking to have the investment property placed under the LLC financing?

"I would like to put this loan and property in my LLC"

- Agency Loan Option  "Legally, they cannot allow you to do that.  It is a violation of their charter. I cannot recommend you do that."

- Bank Loan Option "OK, here is some paperwork to fill out"
