How to negotiate DSCR lenders down

I'm assuming you would need multiple bids on your business in order to get your biz?

Are pretty much all DSCR lenders negotiable? They're not like big conventional banks after all (correct me if I'm mistaken).

I found one that does a soft pull so I'm thinking there's nothing to lose.

Negotiable on what exactly? You can earn honorable discounts and fees overtime by establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with one lender or broker but squeezing them dry for a lot of hard work and not equal pay isn't something I recommend making a strategy
