Happy Birthday BP! Isn't that like 250 years old in "not selling out to guru hype" years?

A big shout out to Biggerpockets: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY."

Why is there only 1 candle on the cake and not 9? Come on Brandon.

    Congrats.

Happy birthday BP! It also happens to be my brother's birthday today, but he's much older than 9 and has not accomplished quite as much :)

I will forever remember BPs birthday now though.

Happy Birthday BiggerPockets! I joined shortly after your 4th birthday and we have both grown and changed a lot. My net worth has more than doubled since we met, and a lot of that is because of you. Thank you. You are looking and doing great, BP!

Happy Birthday and thank you as well from the Grote family. Bigger Pockets is the only website that has impacted our business in any measurable way. Because of your hard work, I have closed deals and built wonderful working relationships that I would NEVER have had!
