Loss of almost all recent BP emails?

Question

I logged in today to find only one of the dozens of email messages  I’ve received in the last month still listed in my inbox.

I have one email from a week ago. The rest of my email threads that started more than a month ago and were still active yesterday show only the portion that is more than a month old…

Is this a site wide problem that’s being worked on or a Bill specific problem that can or cannot be fixed?

I don't have any missing emails. The Ad Pop ups stopped. Thank you for addressing this issue.

I'm getting that ad also and now can't go to my Inbox to message someone and when I click on Notifications, same pattern, over and over when I try to "x" out to close the ad. This just started this morning.

I think most of my emails are still there.

Thank you for letting me know, @Becca F. Are you still experiencing the issue? We are aware of the Ad Pop up concern.I have connected with Bill and am working on identifying the email issue right now, and think it is an isolated problem.

Sorry no. This in the BP messages on your website. I don’t think there is a spam folder?

ps. I was going to send you an email to test the email system but I can’t do that now either. When I click on the bell to go to inbox I run in to that same advertising pop up problem. It pops up, I clear it and I have to click on inbox again and the and pops up again.

You’ll love this. I went to check the title to and you…

So I hit the bell, click on notifications and I get an Ad. So I click on the x to close the ad but then I’m left at th main screen. So I click on the bell and then click on notifications and I get the ad. So I click on the x to close the ad and I’m on the main screen again. So I click on the bell, notifications, ad, x etc etc etc. Over and over.

Ps  I just opened the BP app on my phone and the emails are gone there too..

An example to look up  is a thread called “To do or not to do.” Between me and Kevin S  I haven’t heard back from him if his side of the thread wa deleted as well

Additionally, are any of the emails landing in your "Spam" folder?
