NEW on BP: Sub-Forums for YOUR local area!

You asked... we delivered! 

There are now "Sub-Forums" for all 50 states, plus "sub-sub forums" for the largest cities in those states. In other words, if you are investing in the Tacoma, Washington market, you'll be able to have conversations within the Tacoma Washington subforum. This should dramatically help you to take the "online world" to the "real world" and help you find greater success!

You can also "subscribe" to any of these subforums (I recommend you subscribe to all your local ones) so you'll get notified about new threads started within those subforums!

Just posted in my local sub categories. I'm thinking you will end up needing to add Greenville or Upstate, SC as a category.

    Could have a "Lima/Findlay" one. They're close enough in distance and close in size. Hell, even Craigslist puts us together.

    Also, I noticed that there are two "Columbus" regions. Mistake?

    @Joshua D. I do not see a sub category for Northern Virginia or Washington D.C. DMV metropolitan? This is a huge market, is there a way for us to add sub-categories?

    I concur with Carson Sweezy, you need a DC forum or better yet a DMV because even in the VA forum, you didn't break out Northern Virginia. Please correct.

    Excited about this. One thing though, the FL sub-forum may need some updating. Some of the areas are redundant and there is at least one area missing. St Pete and Tampa are essentially the same area and Hialeah and Miami are the same way. You also left out my area which is the Fort Myers/Cape Coral/Naples area or Southwest FL :)

    Very cool.  This might take a while to get momentum, but it should be very valuable as it gets critical mass.  

    I noticed Provo under Texas, should be Utah, the state just below on the list.

    Yes, I too want a category for the District of Columbia, aka Washington, DC or even the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia). 

    Taxation without representation and no category on BP, so sad. :-(

    Is there no end to this BP madness? Now, everyone doesn't have to use Craig's List personals to connect! @Brandon Turner, (AKA Dr. No) has diabolical plans to take over the internet spreading this BP addiction in every household!

    Sounds like a great idea.

    I see Oakland, CA and San Francisco -   but could you add East Contra Costa County, or something close to there?

    Guys - Please refrain from requesting new cities/areas.  We're not planning on adding any new cities/counties until we see how things fare with the current set of areas.  If you don't see your city, just post in the state forum and make sure to include the area you're in in both the title and post itself to attract others with that keyword set.

    Thanks for adding Washington, DC  AKA the District of Columbia. We don't have statehood, but we are part of the United States of America. May I also add we are an awfully hot market with very tenant friendly laws.
