How to "follow" another user

With over 1,000 posts you think I would already know this.

I want to "follow" another user and see their activity. I click on the "Follow" button and it now shows I am following them. However, I don't see any activity. 

How do I see the activity (forum posts, blogs, etc.) of someone I am following?
