    Josh,

    I would be interested if you are interested in the vantage point of someone who has not been in the business for very long and has another primary job. I just finished up and sold my first rehab, which was a huge success. I have just started renovation on #2 and have #3 under contract. My plan calls for me to flip 4 houses in 2011 and acquire 2 rental properties, although I am hoping to surpass my original goals.

    Let me know if I bring anything to table with what you are trying to do.

    Josh, I am currently out of town until Wednesday night; however, I'd be interested in doing it. What would the plan be with it? (you can PM me if you'ld like)

    My experience is in fix and flip, wholesaling, owner finance, JVs, deal structure, sub to and lease options. These are all techniques I use today in my CURRENT business. I can go on forever on all these subjects; however, my true strength is in helping others get started...cutting out all the BS and just focusing on the things you need to know and do now to get started now and measured by the actual results (by results I mean CASHING CHECKS).

    Thanks for the interest, guys.

    I've got to say that I'm shocked that we've only had 2 responses and over 100 views of this topic.

    Is it that people don't have the tools (video camera, mic, skype) or that they don't want the visibility?

    Our interviews will be great for your businesses . . . and would be a fantastic way to promote yourself. We'll be promoting them via all of our available channels.

    Any more takers?

    Oh man! It sounds much better than having a chat session on a topic! I hope you are rather selective. Sounds like a great idea, any limitations on how it is to be used as a promotional aspect?

    I am interested. I have done over 400 deals as an investor or private money lender. I am currently buying property with Subject-to and buying cash flowing turn keys deals. My private lending business funds 10 or more deals a month.

    By they way - when are you going to swing by and say hi at one of our gatherings?

    I'd be interested. I've been full time since 2004. I have single family rentals, an apartment building and do 10 fix and flips a year.

    There are a great many here I would love to see. Bigger Pockets has a very diverse group of investors and professionals. It would be great to get a better sense of who the BP membership is.
