Just curious if it matters the order of starting the podcasts? They seem to jump around and I can't seem to find the first one. Any other advice is welcome - I'm brand new to all things adult. 🤪 Just recently opened my Roth IRA and now looking to purchase my first home and then hopefully a rental.
