Wow, the buyer is kind of threatening me because he did not hear from me. He is sending me final notice to buy the property. I don't know if this type of low-cost marketing advertising will work. Have you ever seen this ?

Yea that's a pretty bad postcard.. It has zero legal binding. When something like this comes across our table, I typically try to convince folks to change up their design.

This kind of mailer you may get a decent response rate, but Its going to be all angry birds. AKA useless leads
