Am considering buying a property in New Jersey with an underground oil tank.Stay away?

@Patrick Reagan You might find some of the best opportunities will be with properties with oil tanks for the very reason why people mention above. I would embrace it with open arms as an opportunity for you to take advantage of. I've pulled out tanks from properties. Not a big deal. I would ask the seller's to pay for it and have it done before closing. If not then ask for a credit. Send me a message and I'll hook you up with my guy I use for oil tank removals. You're only a town away.
