@Davarrio Worthy Hi Davarrio. I’m not sure where you’re located, I couldn’t tell. But I’d be happy to answer any questions you might have. I’m currently renovating two properties, one a 5 unit and a second single unit in an 8 unit building.

5 and possibly all 6 of the units are rented, they’re just waiting to be finished so their new occupants can move in.
