Hey, the goal is to start out with a couple fix and flips to build more capital for the BRRRR method and small family home rentals and then into plexes. That is my step by step mindset, so far I have just been learning by reading books, BP, and going to events.

Hey, I’m Davarrio Worthy Jr., 27 years young and I am going to pursue my first real estate investment this year. My day job is being a travel Respiratory Therapist which I enjoy but my goal is to only do it full time for 10 years, then maybe go PRN. I am currently at year 5 and ready to make a shift so I can reach that goal. Nice to meet you all!!
