Looking for other investors to connect with working in the Pittsburg suburbs

Hello!

I am working with a great company that is assisting me in investing remotely. I am looking to fix and flip single family homes or BRRR multifamily properties. I am interested in the suburbs of Pittsburg like Monaca for example. I would like to purchase soon and the properties that I find will be vetted by the group of investors that have 20 years of experience. I would love to know what you think about the area and if you are interested in wholesaling or joint venturing with us. Thanks!!

Couple things - I wouldn't consider Monaca a suburb. It's 50 min outside the city and it's own town in Beaver Valley. When you're thinking suburbs, you'd be thinking the North Boroughs, etc. Secondly, and it's just a pet peeve of mine so sorry if it seems petty, but if people want to get serious about investing in Pittsburgh, I'd highly recommend realizing we have an H at the end of it. It's a surefire way to show something in the 'Burgh you aren't serious about the city.
