I am working with a great company that is assisting me in investing remotely. I am looking to fix and flip single family homes or BRRR multifamily properties. I am interested in the suburbs of Pittsburg like Monaca for example. I would like to purchase soon and the properties that I find will be vetted by the group of investors that have 20 years of experience. I would love to know what you think about the area and if you are interested in wholesaling or joint venturing with us. Thanks!!

This is so great and inspiring. Congratulations! I hope you don't mind me asking. I am in LA and have been looking on the MLS for a year. I have made about 5 offers on houses that did not get accepted. I realize I probably need to make 5 offers a week and will start doing that. How did you build your network and what do people in your network do for work? Are they wholesalers? Do you go to investor meetings in LA?
