Hi everyone!

I'm an investor in the Memphis Market (Germantown and East Memphis and Cordova).  Curious to get your take on the market and how it is doing?  I hear there is a slow down in other markets and I'm wondering how the Market in Memphis is faring in comparison.  I am specifically interested in the area I invest in.

I am seeing less deals as of this summer, and have noticed a slight drop in quality of tenant applications.  I am a buy and hold investor.

Thanks for your guidance.

Sam

Definitely easier to buy in all parts of Memphis that 6 months ago. Wholesale prices definitely softened a little,we are turning more deals down now that supply is up.

Tenant demand strong in good areas like yours @Sam H.
