Cleveland area investors:

Can you anyone recommend a company that sub-meters water service? The property is a three family in Cleveland Heights. I know Guardian Power and Water is one company. What about any others?

Hi Jeff,

Guardian Water & Power does submeter installation and manual reading service for smaller properties throughout Ohio.  They also bill you residents for water usage each month based on local rates.  Not sure if there are other companies who do smaller properties in Cleveland.
