i have been married for 31 years and I had a severe stroke and brain annurism almost 5 years ago.  My wife is very smart and conservative.  How do I tell her what I want to do?  I have a business degree that emphasized in real estate but I have doing construction since I was17 years old.

I'm not sure any of us can answer that question except in the most general terms.

If she's willing to be your assistant, than it's just a matter of you two being on the same page about what to do and how to do it.

If she's willing to be your assistant...

That the first issue to settle, I think.
