Tampa and West Palm Beach areas

I've read some previous threads on these areas but just gonna ask again for more current opinions.

1) Seeking general thoughts about investing in the West Palm Beach area...Lantana, Delray, Boynton, Boca, etc.

2) Recommendations for cheaper, still-gentrifying neighborhoods for rentals and flips.

Thanks!!

Maxwell,

The irony of this post makes me laugh... Only because the market is so competitive in the West Palm Beach area, specifically in the areas you mentioned, that many investors here have discussed looking in Jacksonville, where you are. The discussion of Jax has come up with investors @Mitchell Jaworski, @Evelyn Jordan, and @Kyle Atans (whose link doesn't work). If you're living in Jax, why would you look else where to invest when so many are looking in your neck of the woods?
