Odd Confidentiality Agreement

Hi All! I submitted a question online to a realtor about a couple of properties in Florida. Rather than respond, the realty company sent me a confidentiality agreement to sign before they forward the question to the realtor. I find this odd. Has anyone else had similar experience? My gut tells me to drop it. Thanks, Eric

That would be a commercial property then, in which case it is not unusual to sign a confidentiality agreement.
