Finding Buyers for Upscale Houses

I am located in Panama City Beach and deal in pre-foreclosure properties (we do short sales). Recently, I get more and more calls from owners with expensive beach properties. How and where can I market these definitely not rehab properties? However, they are going to be very good deals.
I need someone's help in the Midwest or Canada? We are opening a new International Airport in May with SW Airline and more direct flights.
I really appreciate everybody's opinion.
