Is there a place i can go on this site, to get help with the step by step process of being a whole seller? Does anyone know if its legal to do this in the State of Oregon, i have tried to contact real estate agents and have been told that they would call back and still havent received that call. Thank You

@Joseph Rose - so exciting that you are getting into REI! First of all there is a wealth of info on BP about wholesaling and wholesalers so poke around here.

While you will learn general principles though all these sites, i would recommend networking in your area and see if there are wholesalers or investors who might be willing to pay you to birddog for them or do other tasks to start learning the business and the market. We have some folks in Memphis who have done that with us.

I wouldn’t bother calling agents.

Best of luck!
