Question about Probates
From my understanding, I can go to my courthouse and get a list of probates. But how from that list will I know if somone inherited a property? Also, will it say the person the house is being deeded to?
Thanks

In Maryland the person or persons appointed as Personal Representative will file an inventory with the court. The inventory will list any real property owned by the decedent. The PR will also file a list of interested persons (heirs and legatees) with the court.
Good luck.
