Cleveland, Ohio CRIME RATE

Hi BPs, so Cleveland seems like a great market to me, but after a little research:  www.bestplaces.net/crime/city/ohio/cleveland almost give me a war zone feeling, of course, it's just undependable data, therefore I would really hear from an investor, an insider give me some ground knowledge about this market

thank you BP members!

Miami, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Dallas and Philadelphia also have war zones...........it's not just Cleveland.....The above mentioned cities also have some nice areas and in some cases extremely nice areas. Like another poster said....talk to the people that live there.
