Hi BPMs, I'm sure many California investors carry their buy and hold business out-state simply because it does not make a lot of sense to do in CA, but as Flipper's perspective, is LA or any other market in CA still has the top flipping profit numbers in the US?

@Brandon Sturgill I totally agree the map I found was vague as heck, and this one you posted looks amazing! Is there a website to it?

Hi BPs, so Cleveland seems like a great market to me, but after a little research:  www.bestplaces.net/crime/city/ohio/cleveland almost give me a war zone feeling, of course, it's just undependable data, therefore I would really hear from an investor, an insider give me some ground knowledge about this market

thank you BP members!

Hello All,

I'm an investor in CA and thinking of getting a 203K to fund the purchase, I get that 203K will require less than 41% of DTI, but there's nowhere I found that how many months of DTI data will lender look back?

Awesome question, sorry that I couldn't give it an answer but been living in Arcadia for couple yrs now I felt the same way, Immigrants from China which takes a huge percentage of the population in Arcadia tend to reconstruct the property.

And for a city that average of 1M dollar worth in each property like Arcadia it makes less sense to do Buy&Hold to me that is. Just the way I see it, Flip makes more sense in this case because Arcadia High School will attract wealthy single-family forever

Great question I wish to hear some answer regards to the topic too!

Actually Robert has promote this program on the main page of Richdad, it leads you to a webinar and some guy selling you this program with an hour long weibinar, in the video the guy seems like talking with Robert but I can clearly know Roberts voice is from recording, which is one of the reason holds me back

What do you all think?
