Property listed by flat fee listing agent

Hello 

I have listed the property by flat fee service broker. I have got two offers and they are almost the same but I would like to be fair and ask both agents to submit the best and final offers.

My  flat fee agent is no help and I do not blame him because he is not getting a listing agent commission.

Do I individually email them and ask for for the best and and final offer and copy my flat fee agent ?

Keep in mind, by going back and asking for best and final, you may inadvertently lose one or both offers.
