Blanket loan vs Portfolio loan
Which is better a blanket loan or a portfolio loan if there is a difference which is better and why?

I'm using a blanket loan to buy 3 single family properties from one seller. By grouping them together I can meet loan minimums and get a nice price from the seller. I also only have to pay loan fees etc once :)
