Flipping in Lexington KY

Omar Alam
Posted

Hi guys,

Just a quick question.  What neighborhoods in Lexington KY are good to fix and flip in?  Moving there soon and don't know the area very well.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Omar

@Omar Alam that really comes down to a lot of factors (budget, target audience, property type, and ROI just to name a few)

In general, starting out I would focus on FTHB SFHs homes that are under $200K. That will make for an easy sell. Keep an eye out for our local meetups when you get officially moved in! That is the best way to learn about the local market.
